    My biggest and best advice to give anyone starting out trying to lose weight or just wanting to live a healthy and better lifestyle is to exercise, just a little bit, every single day.  You don't have to be a marathon runner or be in the gym for hours, but just get yourself active, take a walk, do some light exercise, just do it every day.  A little activity goes a long way, throw in a healthy diet and believe me, you'll feel as young as you ever have.
